With my first son I hated pumping, and with him being in the NICU that is all I could to. I was scared to do it and breast feed this time with my second because of everything from last time. This bra makes a big difference, it is less painful for one. But I also get 2-3 more oz of milk every time I use it.

This is a truly great product and one of the best kept secrets of the pumping world. My LC didn't recommend pumping at all for me, as I had an oversupply. It was very uncomfortable, so I decided to pump anyway, in order to empty my breasts and be able to stay comfortable during the day. Contrary to what I was told, with the Lilu Massager I was able to feel my breasts were ""empty"", my son was able to feed more comfortably when I didn't want to pump, and eventually regulate my supply. The Lilu bra allowed me to finally feel my breast were empty after I pumped and go longer between pumping sessions, without getting clogged ducts and/or mastitis (which I did develop before I started using it). I managed to regulate my supply and pump 2-3 times a day and breastfed during the night. Also the massage was really relaxing and and super gentle. I really wish I had had this bra when I was exclusively pumping for my first born and had an under supply. This is a must try for any pumping mom. It saves your sanity and supply!

As a pumping mom, getting enough output to keep up with babe was vital! Hand massaging always help me get more, but took time and made it so I couldn't multitask when pumping. With the Lilu, I could have the massage effect while working or taking care of my kids. That was so powerful! The Lilu bra was great for morning and evening pumps at home when I didn't have to worry about being discreet with my breasts. Lilu was an important part of my pumping team.
